One 9.5” x 14” Heavy Sew-In (or one side fusible) Interfacing*
Elastic hair tie
One 1” x 2” piece of 1” wide elastic
505 Basting Spray*

Flaps: Two 3” x 9.5” fabric*
Two 3” x 9.5” Heavy Sew-In (or one side fusible) Interfacing*

Lining: One 9.5” x 14” fabric*
