Amrutha Varshini is a 8th grade student at Inglewood Middle School in Seattle, USA. She is fortunate to be under the tutelage of the renowned Violin Maestro Shri Ganesh Rajagopalan (of Ganesh Kumaresh fame).
At a tender age of 4, Amrutha began her violin journey, and by the age of 9, she confidently performed her inaugural violin concert. Since then, she has continued to nurture her musical talents, immersing herself in the world of music.
Amrutha has been honored to participate in several esteemed music festivals such as Northwest Folklife, Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana, and University of Washington and various music Sabhas in India .Notably, she secured the remarkable achievement of standing in 2nd place in the prestigious Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana festival competition for the Ragam, Swaram, and Krithi categories.And recently she was awarded Live 4 you ‘Hall of fame ‘season3 2024.Her dedication and skill have truly made an impact in the musical realm.

Arvind began learning Mridangam from his uncle, Dr. M. Lakshman when he turned 5 years old, and the tutelage continued for 8 years. For the last 9 years, he is very fortunate to be under the guidance of Palakkad Sri. T.R. Rajamani, son, and disciple of the legendary Mridangam wizard, Palakkad Sri. Mani Iyer.
He has performed at the Chennai Music Season regularly and has accompanied many notable artistes. Arvind has played many concerts in Seattle and Portland with artists based in the Pacific Northwest. Arvind is an undergraduate student (Electrical and Computer Engineering) at University of Washington, Seattle.
