These little modules change the way the channel-6 servo operates on the DX5e's sixth channel which is assigned to the trainer switch. Yes, the DX5e is a 6 channel set, there are no modifications - but channel-6 has one limitation - it is momentary, as soon as you let go of the trainer switch, the servo returns to where it started. So its a two position function, biassed to one position.
We can make this momentary action much more useful by fitting this adapter between AUX on the receiver and the AUX servo. There are currently 5 versions:
2-way
4-way hold
4-way cyclic
8-way hold
8-way cyclic
The directional sense of the servo can be reversed by snipping the white loop of wire.
