With the mod Enhanced Chao World, you are able to purchase a Hyper Chao egg for 48,000 rings. A Hyper Chao is a Chao that changes colors and always hatches as a Shiny Two-Tone (Bright Chao). You can use ECW to remove the Shiny layer to fix it, or install Chao World Extended and enable "Force Shiny Twotone" to completely fix the Bright Chao bug from your game and make the Hyper Chao stay shiny.

In order to use the Chao World Extended and Enhanced Chao World mods, you will need to install the SA Mod Manager first.
