"Butter Cookies" 🍪

We just made butter cookies at home without oven. It's also called as "Nankhatai" in India and "ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ ಬಿಸ್ಕತ್ತು" in Karnataka. It's one of the favourite tea time snack all over the world.
