I'm discovering new tips and tricks as I put finishing touches to my 5th album. (MissOriented Metaphor the album is now available on https://shuehliong.bandcamp.com/album...)
This is my 3rd tutorial in response to a question I spotted about LP as a chord analyzer of MIDI notes. The tutorial also covers the way to enter chord symbols in the Score Editor**. Then a demonstration of how to splice up regions to select chords, which can then be moved around expediently to form repeat chord progressions. This tutorial is aimed at expert and novice LP users and anyone excited about new tips and tricks.

**To be clear, an example of a chord quality is whether it is major or minor. A chord is typically built from 3 notes; its root, 3rd and 5th. Extensions occur from the inclusion of notes beyond these three, example is a 7th. A non-root bass note is as the name suggests. Please refer to theory sites for precise details.
