It was a bit overcast today but still quite humid 🥵. We spotted a few Common Brown Water Snakes 🐍 out including a nice sized female. Guide Jenny spotted a Barred Owl 🦉 just past Lake Dawson and a guest spotted a 2nd one in Moccasin Alley. Coming back up we had our 1st River Otter 🦦 sighting of the fall with a baby Otter climbing out onto the bank and into the tree line. We figured Mama would be around somewhere and then spotted a bubble trail as she swam under us. Thanks for coming out today and choosing Carolina Outdoor Adventures!
