Hello my lovelies, what a SCARY thing to take on! Ugali aka Sima (growing up at the coast we called it Sima). Its my absolute favourite thing to have with coconut fish or nyama coma (grilled meat)
I was sooo shocked to read on insta that people add things like coconut milk, cumin...cumin! I mean i knew butter and blueband was a thing, which is why i add salt but the rest? Some crazy combos out there.
What crazy risks have you tried with your ugali?
