This chat is going to be all about Queens. Specifically, how these Queens came to be Queens at all… These are Queen Consorts, Queen Regents and Queen Regnants.

Last video, I asked who was the first King of England which remains a complex debate, but what about the first Queen. Surprisingly this is also an interesting question to answer. So we have 6 officially crowned Queen Regnants BUT 8 Queens in total.

We will be covering different titles of early Queens of England. How they came in to power and how did their powers change over time.
In this chat, we are discussing Queen Matilda, Lady Jane Grey, Queen Mary I and Queen Elizabeth I.
