Historic outbuildings include the c. 1785/1826 Mordecai House, c. 1840 overseer's office and cure barn, c. 1842 Allen Kitchen and Ellen Mordecai Garden, c. 1810 Badge Iredell Law Office, c. 1847 St. Mark's Chapel and the c. 1800 birthplace of the 17th U.S. president, Andrew Johnson.
