together with my girlfriend and our campervan we travelled a week in the beautiful part of the France side the Provence.a few days we spend our time in the area around the lake “sainte-crox”And with this video want to show you the beauty of the south from this country.so welcome to the Grand canyon of France, the gorge “Verdon”From the north we arrive first in the postcard village “Moustiers-Sainte-Marie”In the high season this place is probably flooded with tourists every day, but October is low season and so we were able to enjoy this place in a quiet atmosphere.Just 5 min. by car we arrived at the Lake sainte-crox in front of the gorge verdon, We rented a kayak for an hour and paddled into the gorge.A little higher are the road on which you can bypass the gorge in just a few hours.where we pass countless viewpoints.

At the beginning the gorge is wider and a high plateau leads over it.
after this tunnel the gorge became steeper
and we drove along at the level of the river until the gorge opened up again
as we found ourselves in this absolutely idyllic valley.further.
We went towards sunset and with the last rays of light of the day we drove along the edge of the canyon until we crossed the highest bridge of the day
