Join me on a relaxing summers day paddle up the River Wey navigation in Surrey ✌️ It was the first time I had got the paddleboard out in a long time, but once I had remembered how to pump it up I was soon off on my SUP adventure down the river! The navigation is part canal part river, so it’s also a great spot for some wild swimming even though the water is not the clearest.

I’m also talking about anxiety in this video, and how I try to deal with these challenging feelings when they come up. I used to be so scared of the physical feelings of anxiety, but once I realised what was happening in my body it helped me to just accept the sensations and try to relax my mind. I’m no expert, but if you ever feel this way, you are not alone.
