Il Reverse Blood Grouping ll

The reverse grouping is based on the principle of antigens and antibodies reaction. The RBCs have antigens and serums have natural antibodies. The method is described in very simple way and significantly used in blood banks and immunogenetic research for the study of both major and minor blood groups as in the determination of rare Bombay Blood group and golden blood group.
