Balatro Seeded Speedrun - 2:49 (Plasma Deck + Stuntman)

Hello! I know this is not my usual content by any means, and my content will not suddenly start becoming Balatro runs - I just had nowhere else to post it and I was rather proud of this run :)

Notes about the run:
It took quite a few runs for me to find a way to actually win - skipping shops 6 and 7 left me with enough gold to reroll that many times for the joker at the end.
The tags were rather unfortunate, giving me more menus which ultimately increased the final run time. Some of the card packs were unskippable, since taking cards were necessary for future hands to work, and making the run impossible if skipped in some cases.
I can't afford to reroll or spend any money in any other places until shop 8 except for to purchase Overstock (which saves money in the long run and would make the run impossible without it and for credit card + doctor bones.
Watching this run back I realised I didn't actually need to buy Director's Cut, but it was a habit I had built from when I was first trying to figure out the run. A 2:48 is definitely possible, but I don't think much more improvement can be made on this particular seed.
