1 packet yeast or 1 tbsp
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
extra flour for dusting

for the cross
3 tbsp flour
water

glaze
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
