A rare bee was spotted again at Cabrillo National Monument. The San Clemente Digger Bee was first found at Cabrillo National Monument in 2020 but wasn't seen again until July 2024. Patricia Simpson, a bee expert who photographed the bee in July, joined Fox 5 to talk more about this rare sighting.
