In celebration of the 500th year of Christianity in the Philippines, the Archdiocese initiates Dalo Balen (town-visit), where the canonically-crowned image of the Virgen de los Remedios, together with the Sto. Cristo del Perdon Y Caridad, and San José, visit the mother parish of each town in Pampanga.

On this traslacion, the images were transferred from the San Nicolas de Tolentino Parish in Macabebe to the St. Peter the Apostle Parish in Apalit.
