3 cups long grain parboiled rice
500 mls (2 cups) tomato stew: • Fry Your Best Tomato Stew | Flo Chinyere
Black pepper (to your taste)
Onion powder (to your taste)
Beef (fore/hind shank) as much as you can finish.
Salt (to taste)
Ingredients used for the Veggie Stir-fry:
Olive Oil
Onions
Mushrooms
Black Pepper
Salt
Spinach
