Candelario Molina is an innovative farmer from Teopisca, Chiapas. He has implemented practices promoted by CIMMYT such as removing compaction, conservation agriculture, no burning, relay crops, intercropping and rotational crops (canavalia, dolichos, sunflower, hibiscus, beans,...). He is an innovator who evaluates new practices and crops on his land and implements what works best. In this video, he tells us about his experiences with CIMMYT's technical assistance and how it has improved his yields, his soils, and his food security.
