Beautifully set among tall ponderosa pines sits Elephant Rocks Golf Course at Williams. Uniquely this course is still using its original stone clubhouse for its pro shop and bar and grill going back to when it was first built in the 1930's. Gary Panks is Course Designer, and the course has holes 16, 17, and 18, which are considered best finishing holes in Arizona. For residents of Phoenix, this course is close enough for a day golfing just to keep 20 degrees cooler than in Phoenix. Historic town of Williams still showcases its Route 66 neon signs and is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. Scott Little is the PGA Pro Club Manager for this City of Williams golf course.
