This panel was part of a series of events for the University of Chicago's "Nuclear Reactions": the 75th anniversary of the world's first sustained nuclear reaction, which happened underneath the old Stagg Field on campus. This panel featured faculty members who have conducted extensive research on the changing global politics of nuclear arms in recent years.
