Hey everyone!! This is about eleven hour's worth of painting edited down to about ten minutes... it takes a long time to do all that editing...but it's worth it for you guys!

This is a 'short and shareable' video of a Biggie Smalls paint job I did about a year ago. The client sent me the head which was a wonderful sculpt by Rocco Tartamella, and I painted and upgraded it as you see in the video. This sculpt really felt like it deserved to be properly brought to life, and I hope I managed that for you all.

Obviously with the video being so short it's massively simplified and is missing a LOAD of detail painting .... but I've tried to show every stage of the process. It's just obviously much, MUCH shorter... but it does let people see roughly how I do what I do!

People on my Patreon will soon see every second of this painting tutorial, right after the current series ends. They'll see every single brush stroke, along with me explaining what I was doing any why. (you can see me in the corner while I paint)

Painting black skin was fascinating as it required me to approach things in a slightly different way than normal, and hopefully this tutorial series will be useful to those who want to learn how to paint their favourite black characters.
