Our ultimate comfort food! Unlike other noodle recipes, it is very distinct because the soup is thicker and has beaten egg. Must try!
Serves 3 to 5.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
1 cup pork kasim, cut into strips
1/2 cup pork or chicken liver, cut into strips
1 cup kikiam or squid balls, cut into halves
Set B:
6 cups water or pork stock
1/4 kilogram lomi noodles
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Set C:
3 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ cup water
1 piece carrot, julienned
1/2 piece cabbage, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Chopped onion leeks, for garnish (optional)
