This video summarizes my "Observe Don't Absorb" Technique," while focusing on the internal or emotional battle one has with negative, pessimistic voices that were implanted or gaslit into a person's "head."

From George Bernard Shaw astute saying, "Never wrestle with Pigs. You'll get dirty, and besides, the pig likes it," I created the analogy of "pig narcissist wrestlers," "the physical wrestling ring," and "the emotional wrestling ring."

The Observe Don't Absorb Technique or "ODA," keeps the recovering codependent or what I call "Self-Love Deficient (SLD) from fighting an adversary that thrives/loves fighting dirty, is well-skilled at fighting dirty, and is dangerous in their familiar "wrestling ring." Winning is all but guaranteed when the victim fights them in their "wrestling ring."

To "win" with the "pig," the codependent/SLD must use ODA and avoid being pulled in either the "physical" and "emotional" wrestling rings. Other of Ross's ODA videos focused on the physical wrestling ring, while this one focuses on the emotional ring. It explains how to use ODA for thoughts, feelings and emotions, that are a result of narcissistic abuse or systematic mind control manipulations, or gaslighting.
