In this video I'm gonna show you a wonderful variation of Barbecue Ribs. This one is Savory, not sweet! I seasoned it with a savory rub and smoked it until tender. I finish it with a mushroom onion brown gravy colored with a little paprika. Your gonna love it! Lambo Style! I used Compart Duroc Loin Back ribs, Boars Night Out Midwest Dust, and Sweet Swine O' Mine Texas Beef Rub.
