My Emco Unimat 3 lathe was repowered with a 1/3hp Bench drill back in 2005 as a cost effective solution, it was the cheapest bench drill. I am replacing the brass screws in the Stephenson's valve gear with bolts so that there is a plain shank for a bearing instead of a screw thread. The chassis air-test isn't far away, I just need to make the inlet manifold to connect both cylinders 👍
