Full vehicle financing has never been an official option in Malaysia, as customers must pay at least 10 per cent upfront to secure a loan.

According to automotive analyst Shamsul Yunos, Bank Negara Malaysia doesn't recognise terms like full financing or 'full loan.' Some dealers use these terms to attract customers.
