About five years ago, I made a size that was easy to use from what was in a DIY book. I was skeptical until I tried using it, but when I tried it, it was more accurate and convenient than I had imagined. Large and thick ones are strict against stones, but they are very useful for grooving 10 mm or less.

This time, to make it easier to hold, I changed the size a little and added a window on the right side of the jig. This makes it possible to visually check whether both ends of the jig are in contact with the material.

[Production process]
-Since the previous work had no problems with only the woodworking bond, I fixed it with just the bond this time as well.
-By intentionally changing the length in the left-right direction (cypress), you can check the gap (left side) between the material and the jig.
-If the woodworking bond remains at the abutting part, the accuracy of the jig will drop, so I removed it properly.

【Precautions】
-This jig is exclusively for "no clams" saws. Clam saws cannot be used because the seat part will be tattered.
-Since the magnetic force of the magnet sheet is strong, it is difficult to use as it is due to friction. Applying a silicone spray makes it very easy to use.

I make it in a size that fits my hand. If you have a big hand, you need to make it a little bigger. Thank you for watching until the end.
