This song has a special little place in my heart. The emotion behind it is so pure and loving in both the musical and for this animatic. See, the significance of this song goes to see that this is one of the only times Hamilton doesn't rap. This is the first time he's really singing a ballad when his first-born came to the world. The pure love an joy he felt for his son.

As for Dear Little Breezie, let's add more to it shall we? Everyone knows the emotional roller coaster that is Sombra's life. From falling in love to sacrificing his life for the one he loves and so forth. So when the news of becoming a father came to be, Sombra was over the moon. Being a father is something he's always wanted but felt he could never obtain due to the many complications that come to being a ruler. But circumstances as they be, when there's a will there's a way. While Light's arrival isn't what they expected it to go, Sombra's life changed forever from the moment his eyes laid on her. It was now his duty not just as ruler but as a father to give the very best for his daughter's life.

And we also get two very different perspectives of becoming the new role as parent. Radiant was so full of pride and joy at the arrival of her dear little Mythy. He was her entire world! Someone to love on and show the wonders of this world. Of course priorities would become blinded in the later future but let's gently put it away at this current time. She only wanted the very best for her son and along the way kind of got side tracked of what really mattered.

Two parents, two viewpoints. One full of love and promise, the other full of pride and hope. All of which are good but can become bad when the motive is wrong.
