Parkinson's disease is a type of movement disorder. It is the most common movement disorder . slowness of activity, tremor, rigidity, fall are common symptoms. some disease name parkinson's plus syndrome if patient have atypical symptoms at onset like fall, memory loss, halllucination, urinary disturbances. There are certain neurons called dopaminergic neurons whose depletion in basal ganglia, mid brain causes this disorder.
