I have put this project off for too long!! I show the process of making my saw till using mostly hand tools. A great hand saw storage piece of shop furniture and just plain fun to build. This one is filled with a scattering of tips and tricks that I hope many will find useful for this or other projects (such as using challenging pieces of wood with knots and crazy grain that bows or cups considerably when cut).
