We're traveling to Jolly Ol' England again, and making a recipe based on that most British of foods, meat pie. This came from one of those TikTok videos that made me say "I have to make this," and that one minute video didn't say how long this would take to make. However, the effort was definitely worth it. This dish takes your typical shepherd's pie, or cottage pie as they call it in England, and takes it up a few notches. It's definitely a lot more than just your typical "pub grub."
