Ok guys, in all honesty, I'm a bit nervous posting this video. It's the first time I have ever talked about mental health on my channel. I'm not a professional I'm just sharing some tips and methods of self-care that work for me when I am having a blue day due to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). These tips work for me sometimes, not all of the time, and I always find that a mix of various self-care techniques are good to have for different times.

If you want to know more about SAD, Mental Health Ireland have some great information here:
https://www.mentalhealthireland.ie/a-...

If you feel like you may be suffering from chronic depression or anxiety, have a look at the Aware website: https://www.aware.ie/information/depr...

Finally, I have spoken to my GP about my personal situation with SAD and if you feel you have similar symptoms listed in the link above then I highly recommend you talk to your health professional too.
In general, if you are not feeling yourself in any way, please, please talk to someone. Whether it is a friend, family member, your GP or even someone in an online forum, talking about your feelings is so important and can only help you.
