So, today's video is a bit more emotionally involved than the crap I usually post.
I got these shoes 15 years ago when a female friend, let's call them D, suggested I got them. They were in the window of the show store, I think was in Melbourne Central. They said they thought they'd look good on me, and matched my clothing style. D was 100% correct on this matter!
I got a solid 10 years out of these shoes wearing them frequently.
The purple chequered laces I used to have into them probably date to the late 1990s when a friend and I would buy each other cool weird laces from toystores and use them in our favourite shoes.
I don't want to drop names of the people in the video, because it's not required for the story. I'm pretty sure people that know me IRL will be aware of the friends I'm talking about.
