自閉症の息子が暮らしやすい社会の実現に向けて思案するのため、某大手企業を退職、人材育成コンサルタント会社を立ち上げる。息子が自分の「すごい」ところを発表できれば、それを活かした自立事業や本人の自信、自己肯定感のアップにつながると考え、TEDxMatsumotoを立ち上げる。 2015年TEDxMatsumotoで息子がスピーカーとして登壇することは実現せずも、多くの仲間からの協力のおかげでイベントを成功させる。彼の経験から得た自分の理想を強力な「仲間」とともに実現させる方法を発信する。

Fumitsugu Ito, is the representative of a personnel training consulting firm, Humanstars, and the organizer of TEDxMatsumoto.
In order to provide a living environment which could give his son with autism a better life, he gave up the job at the leading company and set up a consulting firm. Expecting that his son to stage for him, boasting his self-confidence and self-affirmation, he initiate a TEDx event. Although his son couldn't make it, but with the cooperation from the people around, they managed to succeed the event. He would share how powerful mates turns your dreams into reality.
