Okay - not part of my scheduled upload content that I do on Mondays, so here is a very small and silly video of me working in the University of Cambridge Pembroke Library! :)

Working in short bouts of 25 minutes where you don't look at anything other than the task at hand, followed by a 5 minute break is an effective way for a lot of people to study - a balance of work and pleasure!

So put this video on in the background, let it play for its duration while you get work done, and focus! After that, take a 5 minute break and just do ANYTHING else, then come back, replay the video and go again.
