In this episode Charlie works to try to get a meeting with Heaven to discuss her ideas for redemption through her hotel, while the rest of the hotel members try to film a commercial! Things obviously do NOT go according to plan on both ends, and with the next extermination being moved up by Adam, we can't WAIT to see what they decide to do about it!
