The black market Harley parts market just opened and the EPA isn't gonna be happy! Even though it's of their own creation and the EPA can only blame themselves, they just created a whole new market of recycling and reusing Harley-Davidson parts with their regulation enforcement on manufacturers. You're old Harley parts such as exhaust systems with no cats, tuners that will allow air fuel ratio changes, camshafts with overlap and carburetors all just gained in value. Not to mention the older Harley-Davidson motorcycles themselves have all just gained in value. Independent, locally owned good o'l boy shops are gonna see a lot more business and demand for used Harley-Davidson parts.
