Ingredients:
Oil 2 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Green chilli 2-3 pcs
Onion chopped 2 pcs
Tomato chopped 2 pcs
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Roasted jeera powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
A splash of water
Green peas ¼ cup
Potato boiled & peeled 5-6 pcs
Dried anardana powder 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi 1 tbsp

For poori:
Wheat flour 2 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Methi chopped ½ cup
Water as required
