We were so excited to finally purchase our own hot tub! After a bad experience trying to purchase through a big-name store, we went with Royal Spa here in Indiana. The whole process was painless and all of the employees have been great. We did end up making a mistake and left the jets on all night after trying to circulate chemicals for upkeep, resulting in the auto high temp shut off. Because I forgot the part in this video where he talks about that happening, I ended up calling in. They immediately scheduled a tech to come out that day, but ended up figuring out what happened over the phone and were able to walk me through getting everything started back up again. I definitely recommend them if you live in Indiana!
