Before my time on the Appalachian Trail, I converted a Toyota Sienna to live in while visiting each state in the Lower 48. Today, I'm doing an overnight camping trip to look back on that trip, all that happen after it, and all that is yet to come. Some interesting bumps in the road were camping in the rain, "non-perishable" food (and I do mean those quotations marks mockingly!) and cooking in the dark.
