We are heading to the Champagne region in France to visit the House of Joseph Perrier.
We check out the local town first then head to for a guided tour followed by a tasting of some of the tastiest and rarest champagnes.
We learn loads of information about how Champagne is made and see the underground cellars alongside a lesson in how to open a bottle of champagne correctly.
At the end we give our views on the different champagnes and take a bottle home for breakfast the next day.
