This is a short video showing the EGR valve removal and replacement on my 2003 Lincoln Navigator. To remove the EGR valve, it required the removal of the upper air intake. This job took about 4 hours to complete, which could be less depending on your situation. I have about 220k miles on the Navigator and this job was quoted at $750 for the dealership to complete.
