This full body workout is great to do in the morning first thing to get the blood rushing, some of the exercises may be challenging, so pause the video if you need rest, but push yourself!

The first exercise planche leans may be unfamiliar, to do this exercise correctly, keep your arms straight at all times, extending your arms in the movement which will pull your shoulders forward. Turning your wrist 90 degrees I find easiest to lean further.
