This bread is so easy to prepare and bake. It consists of 50% seeds and is still so incredibly soft and delicious. The secret, this bread is so delicious, but you can only manage 1, maximum 2 slices, because it is so incredibly filling! Even if you would like to eat more, because it is really fantastically delicious, no chance, more is not possible!
Baked without flour, without preservatives, but with fresh gluten-free sourdough. What, you don't have gluten-free sourdough? No problem, you can also use dried sourdough powder or just leave it out completely! The bread still turns out delicious! I've made it countless times without any source.

Recipe:
280g rolled oats
80 g flaxseed gold (crushed)
60g sunflower seeds
40g pumpkin seeds
30g golden millet or white quinoa
15g sesame
2 tsp salt
18g psyllium husks
500ml warm water
optional 40g sourdough gluten-free
