A dessert that goes well with the heat, which is prepared in a few minutes without cooking anything, not even the cream! Today's cold dessert is of a unique goodness, with a fresh and enveloping taste of coffee, fresh and greedy! Anyone who knows me knows that my favorite flavors in desserts are coffee and lemon!

I used Sardinian Savoiardi biscuits, if you want to make them at home look here 👉 or you can also use the classic Savoiardi!

Ingredients:
500 g Mascarpone (or Ricotta)
250 ml Sweet whipping cream
Coffee (a 6-cup machine)
Water (half of the coffee)
200 g Sardinian Savoiardi biscuits (or normal)
Coffee or chocolate beans (for decoration)
