Final CAD Model view of the completed virtual model of the F4U-5 cowl flap prototype. At this point I have completed the CAD modeling and motion studies to prove out the concept. I have also 3D printed all of the resin parts that are needed. Next steps are to create a cutting template for the brass tubing, procure some plywood to make a mockup and then assemble the mockup.
