You have to take care few things before start the 25 days challenge:
DO'S AND DONT'S
1) Less salt in dinner. In breakfast and lunch add white salt during cooking.
Black pepper and roasted jeera powder can be used in any meal.
2) Prefer non sticky cooking with less oil (either olive oil or mustard oil)
3) Dont take raw and cooked food together like dont take salad and meal together
4) Take 3-4 litres water daily
5) No portion control in breakfast and lunch for vegetable, eat as much as you want.
6) Don't take sugar in any meal.. Instead of sugar take stevia.
7) Measure empty stomach weight daily and weekly inches (chest, naval,hips)
8) Dont use table salt and chat masala in any meal.
9) Fruits to avoid - mango,banana, litchi,chiku, grapes
10) veggies to avoid - carrot, beans, alu, peas,arbi and jimikand
11) You can have regular milk tea twice a day but with stevia
12) For constipation, you can have triphala powder or nityam tablet before bed at night.
13) No ketchup, no table salt, no sugar, no market spread unless mention.
For seasoning have oregano and chilli flakes
14) Paneer and mushroom can be taken only when mentioned in diet
15) If possible do brisk walk for 15-20 min. Daily
16) Take Jeera water/ajwain water (warm water) 4 times in a day to burn fat fast.
