Keaton was introduced to sheep when he was four months old, so he's seen them before. We're back at Hunting Hawk Farm and while Gail Hilburn is working her border collie, Maya, to bring sheep up from a lower pasture, I practice some distraction training with Keaton in prep for working with him inside the arena with the sheep. I'm working on attention, sit, down, and recall. He has some latency at different time, but all in all it was a great first session, and we had fun!
