From the two electromagnets of last episode I am going to make an experimental home built transformer. I will simply wind the copper wire of 26 AWG on the electromagnet of thicker gauge, the one with 22 AWG.

I get an electric transformer with approximately double numer of turns in one winding than in the other. With this is possible to tranform the alternating current doubling or halfing it, depending on how we connect as the primary and as the secondary.
